If you are having problems viewing documents in the Portal, it might be due to old cache data. A possible fix is to clear browser cache.
To clear cache:
1) completely close the browser.
2) Reopen the browser with only a blank tab opened.
3) Select clear browsing data under the browser options or tools
4) Select to delete or clear cookies and other site data, and cached images and files, with time range = all time.
5) Click the clear or delete browsing data button.
6) View the Client portal again.
