I would like to introduce Aaron Kuzik to our friends and clients, as our new Managing Partner. Aaron took over as Managing Partner of Rolfe Benson effective 1 January 2024. This makes Aaron the 3rd Managing Partner in the Firm’s 66-year history. Having joined the Firm in 2000, Aaron allows for the seamless transition of the Firm. Aaron grew up on the North Shore and attended UVic after which we were fortunate to have met and hired him as a student. He obtained his CA designation in 2004 and has been involved in all aspects of the Firm over the years. Aaron was elected as a partner on 1 January 2016. He continues to reside on the North Shore, is married to Heidi, and they have two daughters, ages 15 and 13. Aaron enjoys mountain biking in the North Shore mountains, watching and “coaching” his daughters’ sports teams and relaxing with the family at their cottage in the Okanagan.
We are all very excited with this change as the Firm moves into the next generation. I will continue to be here to get in Aaron’s way and with fewer administrative duties I intend to focus on client matters.
As my final sign off for the Firm Newsletter, I would like to wish Aaron all the best and hope he enjoys his role as Managing Partner as much as I have over the past 21 years. Thank you for your continued commitment to our Firm.
